LIMA Restaurant at EPIC SANA Algarve is the newest addition to the SANA group’s restaurant portfolio. LIMA “Cucina & Cocktails” combines traditional flavours and the heart-warming service of an authentic Italian trattoria with exciting cocktails, in an admittedly contemporary space.
Concepto
With reference to Italian trattorias, the space, designed by interior architect Nuno Rodrigues, includes beautiful natural materials and Mediterranean colors. Some examples are the moss-colored tiles painted by hand and natural oak tables and chairs made by the artisans of Stabörd. The restaurant is placed close to one of the resorts’ swimming pools and amongst the pine trees of EPIC SANA Algarve.

LIMA “Cucina & Cocktails” has Chef Luís Mourão’s signature and can be described as creative and modern without losing the Italian heritage. Chef Mourão uses a combination of the finest Italian ingredients like the Burrata I.G.P shipped directly from Andria and the freshest Portuguese ingredients from our coast to bring to life dishes such as the scarlet prawn risotto or the lobster velouté. Fresh pasta is made daily in our dining room kitchen.
