The menu developed by Dhiego Silva ( Head Chef & Sushiman ), invites to a memorable experience with total freedom of choice by the customer and is characterized by the delivery of authentic flavors of Japan that respect the traditions of the past, with a selection of signature dishes to discover the freshness of the Algarve products, using the techniques of Japanese cuisine.
The menu offers a varied selection of Saké, Shochu and Japanese Whiskey as well as a signature cocktail menu, so it is a place that can be experienced interactively in two distinct ways, as a restaurant and a bar.
The menu gives deserved prominence to sake, shochu, beer and Japanese whiskey that are accompanied by various creations of signature cocktails, inspired by the flavours and aromas of Japan.
In an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, with a décor inspired by Japanese culture and wood, UDDO (wood in Japanese) offers the flavours and ancestral tradition of the best Izakaya cuisine. The Japanese word izakaya (居酒屋) composed of 3 kanji characters means "stay-drink-place". The kitchen, situated behind the imposing marble bar designed by Architect Nuno Rodrigues, has a window that connects to the living room, transmitting life and symbolises the traditional cuisine visible in almost all Izakayas in Japan.

To get into a more authentic experience, it is possible to accompany one of the UDDO Chefs in choosing fish and seafood at the local market and discover all about the freshness and diversity of the Algarve coast, selecting their products and customising your own menu.
